He: אבי חי הגיע לירושלים באותו היום האביבי בכדי להשתתף בפגישה עסקית מאוד רשמית שתיקיים בבית הנהדר של האגודה המקצועית של המשקיעים הבינלאומיים, הנמצא בתכלס בלב המרכז ההיסטורי של העיר העתיקה.
En: Abi Hai arrived in Jerusalem on that same spring day to participate in a very official business meeting that was going to take place in the magnificent building of the International Investors 'Association, which was located smack dab in the heart of the historic center of the ancient city.

He: אבי הוא איש ישיר, אך לא פורמלי למדי.
En: Abi is a straightforward man, but not too formal.

He: הוא רגיל לשפת הרחוב, לסלנג.
En: He is used to street language, slang.

He: ובאותה המסלול המרכזית של הפגישה, במרכזו של שולחן הדיונים המרשים, אינו מגלה את זה.
En: And on that central path of the meeting, at the center of the impressive discussion table, he doesn't hold back.

En: However, a mistake was made.

En: "What's the matter, gentlemen?"

En: asked Abi nonchalantly.

En: Silence fell over the room, filled with people dressed in black suits.

En: A look of surprise crossed their faces.

He: אבי נרגע, מבין את הטעות שלו.
En: Abi calmed down, realizing his mistake.

He: הבנתי שאני צריך להכניס לתוך הישיבה כמה מהישיבות שלי.
En: "I understand that I need to bring some of my street-wise manners into the meeting.

En: He cleared his throat and said, "Sorry if I offended.

En: I like to dance occasionally in good times, and I just want to be faithful to my wife."

He: בכך שינה את המצב.
En: With that, he shifted the situation.

He: האווירה הרשמית ננעלה, חיוכים רקמים את פניהם, והפגישה המשיכה.
En: The formal atmosphere loosened up, smiles graced their faces, and the meeting continued.

He: בסופו של דבר, הפגישה הסתיימה בהצלחה.
En: In the end, the meeting was successful.

En: Abi conquered the approach he unintentionally used, but in doing so managed to turn the meeting experience into one that will not be forgotten quickly.
