Story Transcript:

Ja: 夏の日差しがまぶしい中、陸（りく）とアケミは高尾山（たかおさん）のふもとにいた。
En: Under the dazzling summer sun, Riku and Akemi stood at the foot of Mount Takao.

Ja: 緑豊かな山々は、まるで大自然の絵画のように広がっていた。
En: The lush green mountains spread out like a painting of nature itself.

Ja: 陸は、今日が待ち切れない。
En: Riku couldn't wait for the day ahead.

Ja: 「アケミ、ロッククライミング楽しみだね！」
En: "Akemi, I'm looking forward to rock climbing!"

Ja: しかし、到着した場所には、年配のハイキンググループが集まっていた。
En: However, when they arrived at their destination, an elderly hiking group had gathered there.

Ja: 緑の帽子をかぶったリーダーが、にっこりと手を振っている。
En: The leader wearing a green hat waved at them with a smile.

Ja: 陸は少し戸惑ったが、アケミと一緒に思い切って参加することにした。
