Es: En una cálida tarde de primavera, el sol brillaba en el cielo azul y las flores florecían en el Parque del Retiro en Madrid.
En: On a warm spring afternoon, the sun was shining in the blue sky and the flowers were blooming in the Retiro Park in Madrid.

Es: Lucía, Carlos y María paseaban por el parque con sus mochilas llenas de libros y cuadernos.
En: Lucía, Carlos, and María were strolling through the park with their backpacks full of books and notebooks.

Es: Su profesora de historia les había asignado un proyecto sobre la Guerra Civil Española.
