It is sometimes easy to reach agreement smoothly, painlessly, and quickly. Other times it takes a lot of tugging and pulling to finally arrive at “Yes.”

There are four main reasons why peo-ple do not ask for that “Yes”:
  1. Fear of rejection;
  2. Lack of appropriate vocabulary;
  3. Insufficient practice;
  4. Lack of belief.
