RE: Chicago mayhem; I firmly believe that the constant, unmitigated gang shootings/murders in the Dummocrap run cities, goes unhindered because the gangs have millions, perhaps billions in profits from selling drugs that they give a significant share of to the politicians who could(should) stop this in short order, to pretend they can't do what's necessary.
